ESSENTIAL FITNESS

Do you want to work on your upper body strength, core, and balance? Jody has been helping clients for decades improve their quality of life whether it be from age, injury, or surgery. All ages welcome! Jody will be offering a 6 week course with classes twice a week.

CANDLE LIGHT FLOW

Slow down your Vinyasa Flow in a dim and calming candle lit room. The movement is gentle, the music is soft, and you can really unwind at the end of the day in a way that feeds your body, mind, and soul. Great for all levels of practice!

LUNCH POWER FLOW

A challenging, flowing sequence of poses that wakes up your body, increases your heart rate and makes you sweat! It is a fast-paced style of yoga that's focused on building strength and endurance. Although it requires mindfulness and focus on your breathing, power yoga is more dynamic than meditative forms of yoga, and provides a good cardio and strength-training workout. All levels are welcome.

SLOW FLOW VINYASA

A class structured similarly to Vinyasa Flow class that includes sun salutations and flowing from one posture to the next, but the tempo is dropped and postures are held a little longer while moving more mindfully from one pose to the next. All levels of Yoga practitioners can find their personal challenges, as they slowly and mindfully move through a series.
